Nespresso Package design: Israel

NESPRESSO ISRAEL COLLECTION
Art direction, graphic design and illustration for a special edition, Israel-themed collection of 3 capsules-package bundles, sold exclusively at Nespresso's boutique shop in Tel Aviv airport.

Being approached by Nespresso has been a huge honor, as I’m a fan of the brand’s aesthetics and values. Israel has always been a central part of my work, and my style aligned perfectly with their vision for this collection. These packages are inspired by Israel’s nature, Tel Aviv, and Jerusalem.

Capturing the Israeli zeitgeist in each of the themes was of great significance. I found inspiration in some of Israel’s legendary designers like Shamir brothers, Franz Kraus, and Dan Reisinger.

Each package has a unique color scheme and composition. A blend of blues and rounded rectangles, representing Tel Aviv's iconic beaches and Bauhaus architecture. A palette of yellows and oranges, bordered in rectangles, inspired by the Jerusalem's golden hues and iconic building blocks.

Israel's lush wildlife nature is characteristically represented by green hues and irregular rectangles, representing the country's versatile landscapes and its nature's randomness.

These Nespresso special edition Israel-themed coffee bundles are available for purchase only in the brand's boutique at the TLV airport, and are the sole physical product at the store.

My favorite part of this project was drawing favorite sites from my childhood memories and incorporating them into the design process.
